Missed Prep

As per the terms of settlement for grievance 11211-WEO-GD, "any occasional teacher improperly denied prep time shall be entitled to receive a payment of $30, less normal deductions, for each denial." It is the opinion of the Association that this includes all prep periods, including aggregate prep. Please use this form to inform your union of any missed prep periods so that we can ensure you are paid. You may also use this form to report any lost lunch time.
